Use one buyer-side brief
This service communicates through the inquiry form. No physical office address, telephone number, email address, map location or social account has been supplied for publication, so none is invented.
- Identify the configuration. State cushion, neck-and-back, foot or another form, target area, mechanism, dimensions, materials, controls, electrical input and optional heat.
- Quantify the program. List units by model, samples, pieces per carton, accessories, US destination and requested timing.
- Define evidence and packaging. Include manual, labels, warnings, exact-model files, retail or bulk pack, artwork and barcode needs.
- Review responses. We organize comparable fields; the buyer decides on alternatives, samples, evidence gaps, budget and final supplier.
After submission, open questions may be returned for clarification before factory outreach. A complete brief reduces false price comparisons but does not guarantee that a candidate, configuration or document will meet the buyer's requirements.
Procurement requirements
Describe what must be confirmed rather than writing only “standard model.” Explain quantity units, acceptable alternatives and which documents a supplier should return. Optional budget and supplier preference are merged into the existing requirement message without creating backend fields.
Supplier preferences such as high-end, mid-range, budget or undecided express buyer priorities; they are not verified supplier ratings. Safety, claims, regulatory and individual suitability conclusions remain with qualified reviewers chosen by the buyer.
For multiple variants, list the preferred model first and state separate quantities. Identify what the sample should confirm, such as dimensions, control behavior, surface construction, pack contents or label review. If an alternative is acceptable, define the limit instead of allowing silent substitution.
