Use one decision checklist for every candidate. Heat, massage action, fit, electrical scope and controls must be described by the proposed manufacturer for the exact model; this page does not claim treatment, relief, suitability or available stock.
Record foot opening or platform style, massage mechanism, target contact area, product dimensions, fit range, surface materials, removable liners or covers, housing finish and included accessories.
State whether heat is required and ask the supplier to identify how it is controlled, the operating range or behavior, warm-up assumptions, timer relationship, instructions and warnings for the exact model. Do not invent temperature values.
Request rated input, US plug or adapter, cord arrangement, control-panel functions, speed or intensity selections, direction or program options, timer behavior and any remote or replaceable component.
Separate samples, units by model, retail packs, master cartons and accessories. Include destination, timing, artwork, barcodes, manual language, label files and any private-label changes.

If a factory proposes a different mechanism, heat behavior, control set, material, plug, accessory or carton quantity, list the deviation beside the original requirement and obtain the buyer's written decision against the same quote revision.
Add quantity by configuration, US destination, target timing, optional budget with currency and unit or whole-order basis, and the buyer's high-end, mid-range, budget or undecided supplier preference.
